Cause: Paxon v Paxon (1849 P91). Deed of release by William Hamilton Bazing of Brooklyn, State of New York, United States of America. and his sons Thomas Bazing of Cincinnati, State of Ohio, USA, William Hamilton Bazing the younger of Brooklyn and George Bazing of New York of all claims against Francis Paxon of Hampstead, MIDDLESEX, and others in respect of estates of George Paxon, George Kirkham Paxon and John Paxon, deceased. [Deposited 25 August 1853].
