Description

Cause: Hooper v Barry (1853 H4). Deeds and papers (with plans) relating to conveyance of copyhold property in Plaistow in manor of West Ham ESSEX plaintiffs being Thomas Hooper and others. Deposited 19 [or 20?] May 1853 by defendant Francis Barry.

Note
Order in Chancery: 1853 May 3. Schedule. These exhibits were found with those in Cruchley v Burton (1468) in box marked '379 Re Golding', papers in which cause were found in Box G (see 798).
