Cause: Philpott v Kerr (1851 P45). Deeds and papers relating to property in Old Gravel Lane, St George in the East, MIDDLESEX. leased to William Kerr by Miss Elizabeth Sampson Brown, deceased; including probate (1823) of will of Thomas Brown of Wapping, MIDDLESEX. Deposited 6 August 1851 by defendants William Thomas Kerr and William Kerr.
