Description

Cause: Roper v Price Papers (mainly correspondence of George Bevir of Cirencester, GLOUCESTERSHIRE) apparently relating to affairs of Thomas Philips, former Town Clerk of Monmouth, MONMOUTHSHIRE, and mortgage of property in Llangattock Vibonavel, Rockfield and St. Maughan, MONMOUTHSHIRE. Mentioned in affidavit of defendant, George Bevir, in the Exchequer in Equity. Deposited 3 March 1840.
