Description

Cause: Staples v Browne (Part 6 of 6). Account books and papers relating to affairs of Rev William Frederick Browne, D.D, rector of Launton, prebendary of Wells, and of his father Rev Richard Browne, D.D, canon of Christ Church and professor of Hebrew and Arabic at Oxford, prebendary of St. Paul's, rector of Launton, curate of Piddington, (including latter's collection of coins and medals) and their property in Launton, Blackthorn, Oddington, Piddington and Bicester, OXON, Caversfield, BUCKS, Broughton [Gifford] and Melksham, WILTSHIRE, Burton Dassett, WARWICKSHIRE, and Cavendish Square, MIDDLESEX, plaintiffs (by original bill) being Anne wife of Moses William Staples by her son and next friend Richard Thomas Staples, Richard Thomas Staples aforesaid, infants William Frederick Browne Staples, Charles John Staples and Frances Bridget Anne Staples by their brother Richard Thomas Staples aforesaid, Mary Burton (nee Allen) (since deceased) and Mary Bloxham, and defendants William Frederick Browne, Davis, Tubb, Thomas Lewis Coker, Moses William Staples and Mary Barbara Bridget Staples:- Papers etc. Deposited by defendants, William Davis and Henry Michael Tubb. 16 pocket ledgers etc
