Cause: Peter v Radcliffe Probate (1822) of will of Elizabeth Peter, widow, of Padstow, involving property in Bodmin and St. Winnow, Cornwall, and papers relating to its execution by her son Deeble Peter the elder (deceased) and defendant Miss Sarah Ann Radcliffe; plaintiffs being Deeble Peter the younger, son of executor aforesaid. Deposited 17 July 1839 by defendants, Rev Walter Radcliffe and Miss Sarah Ann Radcliffe.
