Cause: Davis v Chanter Papers concerning title to properties called Langamarsh and Skellands in Morchard Bishop; DEVON, plaintiff being Eliza Davis wife of John Leworthy Davis (one of defendants). Deposited 12 March 1839 on 20 March 1844 by defendants, Ann Chanter, Elizabeth Gard, John Summers Gard, Mary Snell of Exeter, DEVON, Mary Snell, widow, James Marsh and others.
