Cause: Booth v Lightfoot Papers relating to affairs and property in Tarvin, Kelsall, Pryors Hayes and Delamere Forest, CHESHIRE, of Magdalen Whitlow, widow, (of whose marriage settlement defendants were trustees); including her draft will and copy will (1830) of her late husband William Whitlow. Deposited by defendants, Samuel Johnson Roberts, solicitor, and Robert Lightfoot.
