Cause: Wainewright v Hardisty Deed of settlement of property in Youlthorp (in Bishop Wilton, YORKSHIRE,) and Rise Carr Farm (near Darlington, YORKSHIRE) on marriage of James Hardisty to Ann Owram, of which defendant, John Cressy Richardson, solicitor, was a trustee; and papers relating to mortgage of same to plaintiff Thomas Wainewright. Deposited by defendant, Richardson, 14 November 1838.
