Description

Cause: Forster v Mace Deed (with related paper) of assignment by William Childs Forster and Eliza his wife to defendant, William Waterman, of their reversionary interest in funds and property in Tenterden, KENT subject to marriage settlement of Nathan Taylor and Mary his wife (née Mace), parents of Eliza. Produced in evidence for defendant and deposited 17 December 1833 pursuant to order.
