- Cause: Watson v Collier Deed and agreement relating to the purchase of Pond Farm in Culmstock, DEVON, by John Jewel Collier from Alexander Law. Left by [-] Sandys, solicitor, in a single packet with papers in the cause Luxmoore v Collins [infra], the two causes being apparently unconnected. (Note: Order in Chancery: 1827 March 20). Dated 1813.
- Cause: Luxmoore v Collins Counsel's opinion and correspondence between John Adney of Lympston, DEVON, co-trustee with Edward Collins, M.D, and Solon Luxmoore of Okehampton, DEVON, solicitor, about a trust under the will of William Chave, uncle of Luxmoore's son, John Chave Luxmoore. [Documents of defendant, John Adney?]. (Note: Order in Chancery: 1825 May 13). Dated 1824.
