Cause: Twisden v Coppard Papers relating to settlement of property in East Malling, KENT, (including Bradbourne Park and rectory and advowson of East Malling) on marriage of Sir John Twisden, bart, plaintiff, to the late Catherine Judith, daughter of Rev William Coppard, D.D, (defendant with Catherine his wife, William Isaac Coppard, his son, and Robert Barbor). Admitted by answer of defendant, Barbor, and deposited pursuant to order.
