Description

Cause: Orred v Cross, Brook v Orred Deed of settlement by Jeremiah Dixon and Mary his wife of funds arising from sale of share in Ravensbourne Waterworks at Deptford, KENT, left by will of her father John Smeaton, and papers relating to disposal of trust fund (Sir James Graham, bart, M.P, being principal trustee), also to disposal of property in Park Street, Grosvenor Square, MIDDLESEX, and Fell Foot [in Castinell], LANCS, and other family business. [Deposited by defendant, William Cross, solicitor, of Preston, LANCS?].
