Cause: Towers v Iremonger Deed of declaration of trust of marriage settlement of Rev James Towers (of St Luke's, MIDDLESEX) and Anne Delicia his wife of which Preb. Lascelles Iremonger of Clatford, HANTS, and Rev Richard Iremonger of Wherwell, HANTS, were trustees (Major Joseph Dussaux having been an original trustee of property involved).
