Cause: Applegarth v Pelly Accounts to Prerogative Court of Canterbury by defendant Henry Hinde Pelly of his executorship of William Applegarth of West Ham, ESSEX, late commander of East India merchant ship Europa, (deceased 1785) whose daughter Mary Ann Applegarth (by her guardian) was plaintiff.
