Description

Cause: Attorney General v Corpus Christi College, Oxford Articles of agreement between Henry Tawney of Oxford, OXFORDSHIRE, master builder, (for Corpus Christi College) and John Langwith the younger of Grantham, master builder, for repair of schoolhouse at Grantham, LINCOLNSHIRE, copy of deed of covenant (1528) between Bishop of Winchester, Corpus Christi College, Corporation of Grantham and William Disney respecting the school. Referred to in defendant's answer to information of the Attorney General at the relation of Rev Joseph Hall.
