Description

Cause: Marley v Earl Ferrars Title deeds of property in Brailsford and Langford, DERBYSHIRE. Deed of conveyance of property in Thatcham, BERKSHIRE, to trustees for charities in Newbury, BERKSHIRE. (possibly exhibit in Attorney General v Corporation of Newbury; see J 90/9 and J 90/10). Produced at examination of witnesses before commissioners, October 1768.
