Description

Cause: Baker v Griffiths (1853 B98) Title deeds of a house in Winchcomb, GLOUCESTERSHIRE, and papers relating to the education and maintenance of the defendant's daughter, Ashley, wife of John Howard Baker. Copy will of Richard Moss (1815), and original will ofdefendant's wife, Mrs. Ashley Elizabeth Moss Griffiths (1830). Deposited by defendant, Nathan Charles Griffiths.
