Cause: Attorney General v Drake Documents relating to (i) Frieston's Hospital at Kirkthorpe, YORKSHIRE.: copy inquisition (17th century), printed copy of will of John Frieston of Altofts, YORKSHIRE, accounts (also covering Sagar's Hospital); (ii) Lady Bowles's Charity: copies of deed of gift (1660) by Dame Mary Bowles of Heath Hall for a school at Heath [in Warmfield], YORKSHIRE, and accounts, 1745-1830. Deposited by Rev James Drake, defendant, with Master and Fellows of University College, Oxford.
