Description

Cause: Passingham v Sherborne (Part 1 of 9). Defendant's box title deed and papers relating to Northside Farm and Heston Farm at Heston, MIDDLESEX, and to property at Ealing, Acton, Hayes, Southall, Norwood, Twickenham and Hanworth, MIDDLESEX. Agreement (1656) between the Earl of Northumberland and copyhold tenants of the manor of Isleworth Syon (printed 1733). Act of Parliament (1800) for investing part of the personal estate of Robert Child, deceased, in property near Osterley Park (printed). Probates of the wills of John Bellingham of Heston (1696), John Kyffin of Bath, SOMERSET. (1758), Humphrey Puddefoot of Heston (1721), Mrs. Ann Robbins of Bristol (1757), and William Gyles of St Clement Danes (1755). Administrations of William Wingfeild of Heston (1742), Elizabeth Gyles of St Clement Danes (1766), Clement Passingham of Heston (1790) and Mrs. Ann Passingham (1767). Administrations with will annexed of Charles Eatton of Willesden (1766), Anna Weekley of Heston (1753) and Jonathan Passingham (1791). Copy wills of Gen. Charles Otway (1763), Mrs. Maria Otway of Westminster, Henry Hodges of Hanwell (1689), Henry Hodges the younger (1682), Richard Gilbert of Ealing (1777), and Walter Gyles of St. Giles in the Fields (1718). Deeds covering property in Little Marlow, near Cuddington, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE; Bishopsgate Street, LONDON, and Shoreditch, MIDDLESEX; Hurley, BERKSHIRE, Dulwich, SURREY, Barking, Hornchurch and Dagenham, ESSEX; and Bath. Resolutions of market-gardeners etc. in MIDDLESEX, SURREY and KENT to petition Parliament for an alteration to the present laws on robbery of gardens etc. (1800) (printed). Articles of the association of inhabitants of the half hundred of Godley, SURREY, for the prosecution of thieves (1800) (printed). Act of Parliament (1794) empowering trustees to convey to Sir Joseph Banks lands in Heston etc. (13 Chas. I). Court roll of Lymborne, HAMPSHIRE. (Lord Arthur Hyde).
