Description

Cause: Moore v Elphick (Part 2 of 3). Title deeds, account books and papers relating to the estates of William Moore, William Smith and others of their family, comprising property in Willingdon, Tarring Neville and Herstmonceux, SUSSEX; probates of the wills of William Smith, innkeeper (1782), Edward Verrall (1780), George Hollibon, gardener (1793), William Moore, yeoman (1803), and Samuel Smith (1803) all of Willingdon, and John Smith of Jevington (1800). Deposited by defendant.
