Description

Cause: Eyton v Mostyn 1847 E11. Indenture (counterpart) of lease to Messrs Eyton, coal merchant, by Sir Thomas Mostyn, bart, of Mostyn Collieries in Whitford, FLINTS, including schedule of stock and plans of the mining potential of Mostyn manor (now at MFC 1/23), accounts and papers concerning the lease and Exchequer suit Eyton v Mostyn. Deposited by defendant, Hon. Mostyn Edward Lloyd Mostyn.
