Defendant's box containing papers etc. relating to the estate of John Cottingham (barrister-at-law and police magistrate for Southwark) and Thomas Cottingham, his father, at Little Neston, CHESHIRE, including probate of the latter's will (1827), and administrations with will annexed of the former (1849) and Jane Frances Cottingham (1827); Liverpool Mercury of 13 September 1822; handbills relating to stallions; papers relating to the cause Cottingham v Earl of Shrewsbury (see J.90/18-20) and other litigation.
