Papers (with schedule) relating to an agreement between John Bagshaw and other share-holders and trustees of the Lough Swilly Drainage Association (formed pursuant to Act of Parliament, 2 Vict), and Sir John MacNeill, civil engineer, defendant, for the embankment and drainage of slobs at Lough Swilly, Donegal, Ireland. Deposited by Sir John MacNeill, on order to deposit of 21 July 1845.
