Description

Cause: [Attorney-General v Corporation of Newbury] (Part 1 of 2). Copy lease by Jane Harecourte alias Lady Jane Bridges to Edmund, William and Anthony Bridges of lands in Newbury and Thatcham, BERKSHIRE, for life in succession (1593). Bond of Corporation of Newbury for repayment of a loan of £450 to the trustees of Richard Cowslad's charity (1758; endorsement 1772); seal of Corporation.
