- Marriage (Members of HM Forces) Act 1941 - marriages of members of the United States Forces. Foreign Marriages Act 1892 - marriages in China, Egypt, Iran and Iraq. Marriages of members of the New Zealand Forces. Telephone calls to the General Register Office. Applications from Australian pensions authorities - tracings of signatures. Searches and ordinary certificates. Notice of marriage (Former reference: Reg.W.102).
- Collection of food and clothing ration documents of deceased persons. Preparation and transmission of quarterly certified copies. Register books removed from register offices during emergency (Former reference: Reg.W.103).
- Cheap certificates issued under special Acts of Parliament. Publicity given to lists of registration officers. Evening attendances. Notices exhibited outside registration offices. Telephone calls to the General Register Office. Registration of birth on joint information - illegitimate child of a married woman. Food rationing - delayed registration of a birth.
