- Certificates of births, marriages and deaths. Medical certificates of cause of death. Marriage of Belgian nationals. Quarterly certified copies. Certificates of birth for purposes of the National Health Insurance acts. Certificate for disposal of bodies (no liability to register) (Former reference: GRO no 1).
- Salaried registration officers: payment of fees to responsible council (Former reference: GRO no 2).
- Deaths of blind old age pensioners. Marriage on presumed death of former wife or husband. Marriage abroad between British subjects (Former reference: GRO no 3).
- Population (Statistics) Act 1938: birth, stillbirth and death registration (Former reference: GRO no 4).
- Population (Statistics) Act 1938: birth, stillbirth and death registration (Former reference: GRO no 5).
- Population (Statistics) Act 1938: birth, stillbirth and death registration (Former reference: GRO no 6).
- Use of iron boxes.
