Letters patent granting to Edward, Duke of Somerset, Protector of the Realms and Governor of the King, power to grant licences to export to Scotland or overseas, horses, geldings or mares, the export of which was prohibited by Act of Parliament, 1 EdwardVI, except by licence under the Great Seal, Privy Seal or persons to whom authority given. Tested at Westminster. Great Seal.
