Letters patent granting Henry, Duke of Suffolk, capital house called le Mynery house, within site of monastery called le Mynoresse without and nigh Algate London, stable and 3 gardens and all houses etc. belonging, a great messuage and garden, another messuage, 6 messuages in separate tenure, messuage called le Friers hall etc., messuage called le Bakehouse, and other messuages in p. of St. Botolph without Algate, messiage in p. of All Saints, Barking, in Tower Street, London, 3 shops etc. in p. of St. Nicholas Coldabey, in Olde fisshestrete, London, messuage in p. of St. Michael in le Querne, in Pater Noster Rowe, London. Great seal.
