Transcript of confirmation and inspeximus by John, Bishop of Chichester, and the Dean and Chapter of that place, of grant of William de Brewes, then lord of Brembre, to Walter de Arundell, chaplain, Warden of his chapel in the forest of St. Leonard, of land in Coufalde and Mithurst, and 26½ a. land in Blakestoonde in Horsham. 30s. rent of a curtilage and messuage in Horsham, 22s. 6d. rent of lands in field called Worthe in Horsham, lands called Chalnecroft, 14 a. pasture, 50 a. and pasture for 30 pigs, wood to value of 26s. 8d. in his forest. Witnesses. Confirmation by Stephen, Bishop of Chichester, dated at Chichester.
