Confirmation and inspeximus by Robert, Prior of Bath, and the Chapter, of letters of Walter, Bishop of Bath and Wells, on endowment by John de Bello Campo kt., with consent of Cecilia de Bello Campo, his mother, whose heir he is, of his free chapel of St. Nicholas in his court of Stoke under Hamedon, with the advowson of the church of that vill, with licence of Edward I. Ordinance thereon. Dated at Banewell, 6 Nones October 1304. Confurmation dated in Chapter at Bath.
