Hertf., parcel of Duchy of Lancaster, advowson of same, and chapel of Baysford, fishery and mill, wood called Oxwood, 10 a. wood called Hanyng Grove, 6 a. wood called le Bury Grove, 4½ a., all messuages belonging. Dated at Palace of Westminster, under seal of Duchy of Lancaster. Seal. Has figure of Henry VIII as capital and other illumination. Note of enrolment before Auditor of Duchy of Lancaster.
