Letters patent. Indenture between King and Robert Suthwell esw., Solicitor of Court of Augmentations, 20 Febrysry 28 Henry VIII, leasing site of Priory of Bromeholme, co. Norf., and manors of Bromeholme, Caswike, Bakton, Worster, Witton, Northwalsham, Smaffled and Knapton, co. Norf., and manors of Carleton Colvile and Burghe Castell, co. Suff., and the rectories of the churches of Casewike, Bakton, Dylham, Monyng, Paston, Witton and Tuttyngton, co. Norf., and portions of 13s. 4d. from the church of Walcote, 3s. 4d. from the chirch of Redelyngton, 3s. 4d. from the church of Crostwayt, 6s. 8d. from the church of Knapton, 8s.4d. from monastery of Hulm for the church of Berton, 4s. from the church of Herdenham, 10s. from the church of Alderton, 12d. from the church of Bromswell, 2s. from the church of Dalynghoo, co. Norf., £4 from the church of Carleton Colvyle, £8 from the church of Berdwell, 12s. from the church of Wrencham, 15s. from the church of Horreham, co. Suff., and all manors in Bromeholme, Caswyke, Bakton, Worsted, Wytton, North-walsham, Swaffeld, Knapton, Carleton Colvyle, Burghe Castell, Dylham, Honyng, Paston, Tuttyngton, Walcote, Redelyngton, Crostwayt, Medenham, Alderton, Bromswell, Dalyngham, Berdewell, Wrencham, and in Horreham and in Okkett and Risesangilles, co. Suff., 21 years, £163-14-6 p.a. Grant of reversion to Thomas, Earl of Wiltshire, for life, £163-14-6 p.a. Tag.
