Letters patent granting John, Earl of Warwick, and Joan, his wife, licence to alienate, by fine in Common Bench, the manor of Halden, 4 messuages, 2 tofts, a divecote, 3 gardens, 1,000 a. land, 200 a. meadow, 50 a. pasture, 100 a. wood, 200 a. heath and briar, 100 a. marsh, £4-6-4 rent in Halden, Tentwarden, Rolvenden, Bydenden and Benynden, co. Kent, to George Harper kt., Thomas Collepeper esq., and William Isley esq. and Ursula, his wife. Great seal.
