Letters patent granting John, Earl of Warwick, Viscount Lisle, K.G., Master of King's Household and Great Admiral of England, office of Constable of Castle of Warwick, and John, Lord Lisle, his son and heir, Keeper of le Vyneyerde and of a messuage there, office of the lordship or borough of Warwicke, and Keeper of manor of Gooderest, with the garden etc. in the park of Weygenocke, co. Warw., office of Steward of the manor or borough of Warwicke, and of manors of Budbroke, otherwise Bampton on the Mount, Basseley, Henley, Clauerdon Old Stratforde, Stratford Borough and Hampton Bishop, co. Warw., and a messuage in town of Warwicke, called Stewardes Place, for lives, £6-13-4, £7-13-4 p.a,, herbage etc. Great seal of Court of Augmentations.
