Letters Patent to John, Duke of Northumberland, Earl Marshsl of England, Lord President of Council, Lord Grand Master and Steward of King's Household and Warden General of the Marches and Frontiers against Scotland, appointing him Justice to enquire by men of the counties of Northumberland and Cumberland, the county of thw town of Newcastle upon Tyne and the liberty of the town of Barwyke, of all treasons etc. Tag ; sign manual.
