Queen, by letters patent under great seal of England, 14 July 23 Elizabeth, leased to Christopher Rockeby esq. tithes of Nether burght and Overburght, co. Lancs., late monastery of Croxton, co. Leics., 30 years, £4 p.a.. Rookeby assigned to Byndles. Now Byndles assigns to Tunstall. Signature: Robert Byndles.
