Indenture of Lease. (1) Henry VIII, and (2) William Davell, of Cukewold, co. York., gent. Henry Davell, late Abbot of Whitbye, co. York, and the Convent, leased to Davell, by indenture, 6 January 30 Henry VIII, site of manor of Felyng, otherwise Fylyng Hall, with all closes etc. belonging, 75 years, £18-10-0 p.a. William Davell surrendered lease in Court of Augmentations. King, of advice of that Court, grants lease of premises, 21 years, £18-10-0 p.a.
