Description

Indenture of Sale. (1) Sir John Huse, of Sleford, co. Lincs., kt., and John Elles, of the same, gent, and (2) Anthony Babyngton, of Dethek, co. Derby, esq. Huse has bought the wardship and marriage of Eleyn, daughter of Elles, by Elizabeth, his late wife, daughter and sole heir of Sir Richard Podesey, co. Wilts., kt.., also heir of Dame Jane, late wife of Podesey, which Dame Jane was one of the daughters and heirs of John Cheyne, co. Wilts., esq. Sale of the wardship and marriage to Babyngton.
