Durham, with demesne lands etc. belonging, which Paget had by letters patent under great seal, except coal, woods, iron and lead ore, and except lands at Hunsterworth and Townfeild and 1 cottage in Darlington, 22 years, £196-10-4 p.a. Seal ; signature : John Frankleyn.
