Description

Incenture of Lease. (1) Sir William Pagete kt., one of the two Principal and Chief Secretaries to the King and (2)John Frankeleyne, co. Durham, gent. Lease of manor of Kepyer, co. Durham, with demesne lands etc. belonging, which Paget had by letters patent under great seal, except coal, woods, iron and lead ore, and except lands at Hunsterworth and Townfeild and 1 cottage in Darlington, 22 years, £196-10-4 p.a. Seal ; signature : John Frankleyn.
