Indenture of Lease. (1) Henry VIII, and (2) Richard Bustone, of Kenyngton, co. Kent, yeoman. John. Abbot of St. Augustines, Canterbury, and the Convent, made indenture to Richard Philpott and John Milles, of Kenyngton, yeomen, of lease of manor of Kenyngton, otherwise Conyngbroke, p. of Kenyngton, lands etc. except advowson, 12 years, £13 p.a. Lease now in Bustone who surrendered to King. King, by advice of Court of Augmentations, leases premises to him, 21 years, £13-7-8 p.a. Tag.
