Indenture of Lease. (1) Henry VIII, and (2) Edward Baynton kt. King, by advice of Court of Augmentations, leased site of monastery of Malmesbury, co. Wilts., a mansion house, barn etc. within site, land called le Fermery orcharde, 15 a., dovecot and 4 stanks of water in same close, watermill, land 2½ a½ adjoining, vesture of meadow called Westmyll, 4 a., tithes in Corston, Rodborne, Barton in Thornehal, co. Wilts., parcel of rectory of St. Pauls in Malmesbury, tithe of meadow called the Barnes, of a pasture called le breche in Newenton, co. Wilts. etc. Tag.
