Grant by Robert Fetour, late of Carebrooke, and now of Bresyngham, co. Norf., to Thomas Cornewaleys, of Brome, co. Suff., esq. of a capital messuage etc. in Carbrooke, with curtilages adjoining, 12 a., a croft called KnyghtsCrofte, 12 a. 3 r. 3 p. in same field, 6 a., 3 a., likewise, 2 a. in le Ryerles, 2 a., 3 a. likewise, 1½ a. in field called Myllfeild, 2 a. likewise, 1½ a. in Goodgromesherne, close called Over Daunces, 13 a., 4 a. 1 r. of land and pasture in New Ryde, a pightell formerly built in Medell Daunce called Daunces Grove, 2 a. in the croft of the said pightell, 4 a., 2 a., 1 a. likewise, 2½ a in Mydle Daunce, 2½ a in Netherdaunce, 1 a. likewise, a piece of meadow in Estmedowe, 3 a. called the Cheker, 2 a. meadow lying under Assherde. Also lands in Carebrooke in an old inclosure called the Reeder, otherwise the Cullett Close. Also 3 r. of meadow in Estmedowe in Carebrooke. Dated at Carebrooke. Seal; signature: Robert Futter.
