Confirmation by Hugh Conway kt. Inspeximus of a charter of Edward Courtney, Earl of Devon, dated at Tiverton, Feast of St. Thomas the Apostle, 6 Henry IV, which inspects a charter of Isabella de Fortibus, Countess of Albemarle and Devon, Lady of the Isle of Wight, to the burgesses of Lymyngton, dated at Woditon in the Isle, 9 June 55 Henry III, and confirming the same.
Conway confirms the above grants of liberties and grants a fair to be held on the Feast of the Invention of the Holy Cross, yearly. Witnesses, dated at Hillesden. Tag.
