Roger Starkey, Robert Bayley, Thomas Notte and John Carter, in Common Pleas, Westminster, Easter term, 20 Henry VIII, recovered against John Starkey and Margaret, his wife, 5 messuages, 5 gardens, 2 cottages, 40 a. land, 41 a. meadow, 20 a. pasture, 8 a. wood, and 8d. rent in Est Grenewych, Lewysham, otherwise Levysham, and Kydbroke, co. Kent. Parties in (2) grant to Marquis tenement called the Swanne, with curtilages etc., 80 a. marsh land in Est Grenewych and Lewysham, parcel of above, 80 years, £11 p.a. 5 seals; signatures: Robert Bayly, Roger Starkey, Thomas Notte, John Starky.
