William, Bishop of Bath and Wells, by indenture, 21 February 33Henry VIII, leased to Raufe Pylkyngton, citizen and haberdasher of London, a chamber etc. within the precincts of late monastery of the Mynors, called Bathe Place, 50 years ; confirmed by Dean and Chapter of Wells, 29 March 33 Henry VIII Pylkyngton, by indenture, 2 July 7 Edward VI, leased premises to John Wylde, of city of Canterbury, and William Higham, son and heir of Roger Higham, remainder of lease, 4d. p.a. Assignment for £100 paid by Marquis of Winchester. Seal ; signature : William Higham. Sealed and delivered in presence of Thomas Atkynson, Notary Public.
