Lease of messuage called the Friers Hall (described) within the precincts of the late monastery of the Mynors without Algate, London, and a stable now occupied with the premises, 7 years, £5 p.a. Seal ; signature : Arthur Harrys. Sealed and delivered in the presence of Alexander Rotherforth, Notary Public.
