Sale to Earl of messuage in Grenewiche, co. Kent, and all houses etc. belonging, 1½ a. abutting on River Thames; also tenement in East Grenewiche. Seal ; signature : Th. Carwerden, Acknowledged before Richard Lyell, Master in Chancery. Endorsement of enrolment on dorse of Close Roll. Robert Fletewood.
