(1) John, Earl of Warwick, Viscount Lisle, Earl Marshal of England and Lord Great Master and Steward of King's Household, and (2) Sir Thomas Carwarden kt., Gentleman of King's Privy Chamber. Sale to Earl of messuage in Grenewiche, co. Kent, and all houses etc. belonging, 1½ a. abutting on River Thames; also tenement in East Grenewiche. Seal ; signature : Th. Carwerden, Acknowledged before Richard Lyell, Master in Chancery. Endorsement of enrolment on dorse of Close Roll. Robert Fletewood.
