Indenture of Agreement. (1) Edward, Earl of Hertford, Lord Great Chamberlain of England, and (2) Domynyc Lomelyn, gent., and James Lomelyn, Prebendary of the Prebend of Horton in the Cathedral Church of Salisbury, co. Wilts. James, in right of his prebend, seised of manor of Horton, and the advowson, co. Glouc., and all messuages etc. belonging, and will before Whitsun next surrender the prebend to the King. Earl will then grant the Lomelyns, for their lives, a yearly rent of £75 out of the manors of Ambresbury and Colyngbourne, co. Wilts., and a payment of 200 marks. 2 seals ; signatures : Dominic Lomelime, James Lomelyne.
